    The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is touting the recent signature of its Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Multilateral Convention by six governments, bringing to 78 the total number of jurisdictions that have signed the instrument aimed at amending bilateral tax treaties to combat tax avoidance by multinational corporations.
