Oxfam: EU Must Sanction Dozens of "Tax Havens"

The nongovernmental organization Oxfam has called on EU institutions to include in their "tax haven blacklist" at least 35 countries, including "notorious tax havens such as Switzerland and Bermuda," to ensure appropriate sanctions on countries that enable corporate "tax dodging."

Finland's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment has published a guide for public-sector agents on how to adopt "socially responsible public procurement" processes that take into account "social considerations," such as working conditions and corporate social responsibility, in public procurement of goods and services.
