  • UN Focuses BHR Forum on Access to Remedies

    The Secretariat of the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights (BHR) has announced that the central theme for its November 2017 meetings will be “Realizing Access to Remedy,” where stakeholders will discuss how to improve the availability and efficacy of grievance mechanisms used to remedy alleged BHR violations by transnational companies. 

  • OECD Releases "Due Diligence" Guide for Investors

    The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has published a paper outlining how institutional investors must perform "due diligence" to ensure they address human rights impacts in the projects they finance and fulfill the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
