New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli and other shareholders in energy company Exxon Mobil have petitioned the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") to force Exxon to permit a vote on a resolution that would require the company to report annually on its response to business risks relating to climate change.

EU Ombudsman Criticizes Lack of Impact Assessment
