Politico reports that, in a recent vote by the European Parliament's Constitutional Affairs Committee to shrink the Parliament upon the departure of Britain from the EU, Members of Parliament (MEPs) included a provision to pave the way, if agreed by the Council of the EU, to create a new class of transnational MEPs who would represent the full EU.

ECtHR Finds Right to Post Images of Spoiled Ballots

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has held that the Hungarian government violated the right to freedom of expression of a political party by fining it for making available a mobile phone application permitting voters to anonymously upload to a public website images of their invalid ballots cast in a recent national referendum.

Commission Promotes EU Citizenship Education
