Committee: UK Should Maintain EU Climate Targets

EU Offers Refugees in Turkey Monthly Allowance

European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid Christos Stylianides has announced that, as part of the EU-Turkey deal on the settlement of refugees from the Middle East, the EU will offer refugees in Turkey debit cards, onto which it will transfer funds on a monthly basis, to cover the costs of their "basic needs."
