The Daily Mail reports that the European Commission has launched proceedings in the Court of Justice of the EU against Britain's "right to reside" test, introduced in 2004 to curb "benefits-seeking" by EU immigrants, casting doubt on U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron's plans to implement further restrictions on immigration from the EU.

EU Panel Seeks Global Application of "Right to Be Forgotten"
