The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Islamic Development Bank is touting its AAA rating by Moody's Investors Service as it aims to leverage the rating for the launch of a $2.5-billion sharia-based bond offering that will support development in OIC countries and that will help to spread sharia ideas through a new innovation incubator called Engage.
