The Guardian reports that, in response to several complaints from European politicians that it is not working fast enough to remove "extremist" and "offensive" videos from YouTube, tech giant Google is planning to employ over 10,000 moderators to police the video platform and is developing "machine-learning technology" that will automatically flag hateful content.
