The 57 member-states comprising the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) joined with Islamist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad in condemnation of the Israeli government and Israeli settler groups for imposing forces to allow for settlers to pray on the al-Aqsa mosque complex in Jerusalem, calling Israel's actions a violation of international law.
