A federal district court in Arizona dismissed a case by the Council on Islamic Relations (CAIR) which had charged that a Maricopa Community College course on World Politics, which included a unit on Islamic terrorism, violated the Free Exercise or Establishment clauses of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
