UAE Takes Lead on OIC Cybersecurity Initiative

The Islamic monarchy regime of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is taking the lead in the OIC’s (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) strategic initiative on cybersecurity cooperation among the 57 member-states, with particular emphasis on integration of digital and electronic infrastructure and regulation necessary to develop a coordinated, globalized OIC approach to cyber threats.
