Saudi Arabia's Permanent Ambassador to the United Nations (“UN”), speaking in the UN Security Council on behalf of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (“OIC”), condemned Israel for its actions in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem, and called on the international donor community to step up its reconstruction assistance to Gaza and to press for a negotiated political solution to the crisis in Syria.
