Guterres: 'Tax fossil fuel profits for climate damage’

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres told the General Assembly that polluters should pay for the impact of climate-related events, highlighting that any profits made by fossil fuel companies should be taxed to pay for « climate damage ».
