OSCE Official Criticizes Trump's Media Insults

OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Harlem Désir recently sent a letter to the US Secretary of State calling on the US government, and in particular President Donald Trump, to refrain from "attacks on the media," as such attacks "degrade the essential role the media plays in every democratic society."
