Reuters: FBI Finds Little Evidence U.S. Capitol Attack was Coordinated

Reuters reports that the FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result and at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump.

New Cuban Legislation Labels Opposition on Social Media Cyberterrorists

In new legislation, Cuba introduced tighter controls on the use of social media that bans the spread of messages and content deemed offensive or which "incite mobilizations or other acts that upset public order." It also provides a channel for Cubans to inform on potential contraventions, considering those who attempt to "subvert the constitutional order" to be cyberterrorists.

U.S. diplomats Warned of Afghanistan's collapse in Last Month

ABC News has confirmed that U.S. diplomats at the embassy in Kabul warned in a classified memo sent July 13 to Secretary of State Antony Blinken that the Afghan government was at risk of collapse as the Taliban offensive swept across the country.
