UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization ("UNESCO") Director-General Irina Bokova recently praised a declaration on global education adopted at a forum in Incheon, South Korea as a step toward UNESCO's vision of "global citizenship education" and the UN's sustainability agenda.
