Court Finds Dominican Republic Must Leave IACHR

ABC News reports that the Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic has ruled that because the country's Senate has not ratified the government's agreement with the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ("IACHR"), the country must withdraw from the human rights body.
