The "Civil Society commentary on the WHO Intergovernmental Working Group on Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property" was compiled by a coalition of 25 civil society groups who were concerned about the content of the Working Group's recently published "Draft global strategy and plan of action on public health, innovation and intellectual property, report by the Secretariat."
